Brex is hiring a Technical Consultant to lead the onboarding experience for new customers adopting Brex Empower. You'll blend customer empathy, project management, and technical expertise to ensure a seamless adoption process. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You have a strong background in customer success and project management, ideally with experience in technical consulting or implementation roles. You understand the importance of customer empathy and are skilled at building trust with clients. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and relatable manner sets you apart. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally to drive solutions. You are proactive and take personal ownership of your customers' long-term success, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to fully leverage Brex Empower. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with transforming outdated processes into modern solutions.
In this role, you will lead the onboarding experience for new customers, guiding them through the transition to Brex Empower. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and help them shift to a modern, employee-first approach. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing processes that facilitate seamless adoption, as well as providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various teams within Brex to drive solutions and deliver results quickly. As a strategic advisor, you will build trust with clients and help them realize the full potential of Brex's offerings. You will also be responsible for tracking customer progress and making adjustments to the implementation strategy as needed to ensure success.
