You have a strong background in last mile logistics and have successfully led teams to achieve operational goals. With at least 1 year of experience in managing employee performance, you understand the complexities of running logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. You promote a culture of safety and well-being, ensuring that your team operates efficiently while meeting high standards of quality and productivity. You are analytical and proactive, always looking for ways to implement corrective actions that enhance service levels and meet business objectives. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and a strong team culture, allowing you to effectively manage OTR operations and support your supervisors in their daily routines.
