Who you are

You have extensive experience in process architecture and governance, particularly within SAP environments — your background includes leading initiatives that align with best practices and methodologies like Activate. You are skilled in using SAP Signavio to create and maintain comprehensive process models that drive operational efficiency.

Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Utilities allows you to navigate complex business processes and ensure adherence to Clean Core principles — you understand the importance of maintaining a streamlined and effective process repository. You are adept at facilitating sessions with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, and IT, to achieve operational convergence.

You possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to map and update value chains, process maps, and BPMN flows effectively — your ability to document processes thoroughly ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You are committed to continuous improvement and innovation, always looking for ways to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

Desirable

Experience with LeanIX and Process Intelligence is a plus — you understand how to leverage these tools to enhance process visibility and performance. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the utilities sector will give you an edge in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the architecture, modeling, standardization, and evolution of business processes using the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite — your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all processes align with SAP Best Practices and maintain methodological integrity. You will govern the Process Repository in Signavio, creating and maintaining end-to-end process models for various functional areas including Backoffice, IS-U, Data, Integrations, Billing, FICA, CS, DM, WM, and Regulation.

You will map, design, and update critical value chains and process flows, ensuring that all documentation is complete and accessible — your work will directly impact the operational efficiency of the organization. You will conduct modeling sessions with business stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and ensure that all teams are operating under a standard-first approach.

Your role will also involve implementing Process Intelligence to enhance decision-making and operational insights — you will analyze process performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. You will be a key player in driving the adoption of best practices across the organization, guiding functional teams in their operational strategies.
