What you'll do

In this role, you will be accountable for the strategic and scientific leadership of the Analytical Development department. You will oversee the development, optimization, validation, and transfer of analytical methods for biologics drug substances and products. Your responsibilities will include managing daily laboratory operations and directing scientists on experimental design and execution. You will also lead analytical efforts with external partners, ensuring that all studies are conducted according to regulatory requirements. Collaboration with leaders across various departments will be crucial, as you represent analytical operations in cross-functional teams.
