Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the enterprise sector, with at least 5 years of experience driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. Your ability to understand complex customer needs and articulate the value of innovative solutions sets you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the challenges of selling advanced technology products. You are a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about customer service and understand the transformative power of AI in enhancing customer experiences.

Desirable

Experience in selling AI or technology solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with customer service platforms. You have a network of contacts in the enterprise space and can leverage these relationships to drive sales. A background in software or technology sales will give you an edge in understanding the product and its applications.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Intercom, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Fin, our advanced AI customer service agent, to enterprise clients. You will engage with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can enhance their customer support strategies.
