You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in building high-performance systems that handle complex trading operations. You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at problem-solving, especially in high-pressure situations where quick decision-making is crucial. Your experience includes working with both centralized and decentralized finance (CeFi and DeFi) platforms, giving you a comprehensive view of the crypto landscape. What you'll do

As a Senior/Staff Engineer on the Liquidity Platform team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance trading systems that facilitate seamless connectivity to global crypto venues. You will work on developing low-latency solutions that enhance trading efficiency and improve liquidity management. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and other engineers to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

You will lead the development of automated trading strategies, leveraging your expertise in Java to build scalable and efficient algorithms.
