Who you are

You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with over 5 years of experience as a People Business Partner in a high-growth company. Your expertise in HR systems and handling confidential employee data is complemented by your strong project management skills. You understand the importance of aligning HR strategies with business objectives and are adept at enhancing HR processes to support a global workforce.

You thrive in dynamic environments where you can make a meaningful impact. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders allows you to build strong relationships across the organization. You are proactive in identifying HR needs and developing solutions that drive employee engagement and organizational success.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest HR technologies and practices. You are comfortable working with data and analytics to inform your decisions and strategies. A background in employee relations and talent management will further enhance your ability to contribute to Roku's mission.
