In this role, you will report to Wealthsimple’s Principal Broker and be responsible for connecting clients with mortgage solutions that meet their needs. You will engage with clients to understand their financial situations and guide them through the mortgage process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and service delivery. You will also be expected to continuously seek ways to improve processes and controls within the mortgage brokerage, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.
