Desirable

Experience in the fintech industry or with financial products is a plus. Familiarity with user research methodologies and experimentation techniques will help you excel in this role. A background in security protocols and account management systems will be beneficial as you work on optimizing Cash App's core features.

What you'll do

As a Product Lead, you will own the vision and strategy for Cash App's account and access features, including sign-up, login, and security functionalities. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap and prioritizing initiatives that align with both customer needs and business objectives. Your role will involve conducting customer research and analysis to validate product ideas and drive improvements. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives. You will lead high-impact projects from inception through to launch, ensuring that they meet quality standards and deliver value to users. You will also monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data insights, continuously striving to enhance the user experience.
