Overview

Affinity is hiring an Account Executive for the Mid Market segment to build and close a pipeline of new accounts and drive expansion revenue. This role requires 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in selling SaaS products.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of recent sales experience selling SaaS products — you've successfully built and managed a pipeline of accounts and understand the nuances of the sales process. You are comfortable presenting to prospects and challenging their thinking to optimize their teams and processes for better business outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with customer success teams to identify and drive expansion revenue within existing accounts. You are detail-oriented and manage your pipeline closely to drive accurate sales forecasts and exceed quotas. You are open to receiving coaching and feedback from your Sales Manager and team members to support your professional growth and improve your performance. You believe in the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and are excited to contribute to a team that values these principles.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and closing a pipeline of net new accounts within our Private Capital CRM business. You will review, qualify, and follow up on daily inbound leads, ensuring that you present effectively to prospects. You will challenge their thinking about how they can optimize their teams and processes, driving better business outcomes. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with our customer success team to identify opportunities for expansion revenue within our install base. You will manage your pipeline closely, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and striving to exceed your quota. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Marketing and Business Development team to drive a consistent outbound motion to key accounts. You will receive coaching from your Sales Manager and team members to support your professional growth and improve your performance.
