You are adaptable and willing to travel extensively within the West Coast Region, with a valid driverβs license and a suitable vehicle for work travel. What you'll do
As a Field Technician I - Automation Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining automation equipment across sweetgreen's restaurants. You will train new technicians and ensure that the automation systems are functioning optimally to enhance the workflow of restaurant staff. Your role will involve traveling to various locations, providing on-site support, and troubleshooting any issues that arise with the automation technology. You will also participate in onboarding sessions based in Boston for the first few weeks and make quarterly trips thereafter.
