Job Description

Amazon Logistics is focused on building a world-class last mile operation. Our goal is to consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering orders quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. In Brazil, Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is in an exciting phase of expansion, building a large-scale logistics network and tackling some of the most complex last mile challenges.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our partnerships and business development efforts in Brazil. This leader will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to expand our network of small and medium-sized business partners across key metropolitan areas.



Key job responsibilities
- Lead a team of business development representatives to achieve ambitious growth goals
- Develop and execute marketing and recruitment strategies to attract high-quality business partners
- Design and optimize the partner onboarding experience to ensure seamless integration and ramp-up
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to guide expansion initiatives
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Track, analyze, and report on critical performance metrics, offering actionable insights and recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement in partner conversion rates and overall satisfaction- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience managing teams
- Experience in program or project management
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Advanced English knowledge- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
