Samsara is hiring a Senior Business Technology Support Specialist I to manage and enhance JIRA and Confluence instances. You'll work remotely from Bengaluru and support the IT team in delivering impactful technology solutions.
You have a strong background in IT support, particularly with experience in administering tools like JIRA and Confluence. Your technical skills enable you to manage and enhance these systems effectively, ensuring that teams can collaborate seamlessly. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, which allows you to troubleshoot issues efficiently. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable working across different time zones, particularly aligning with Pacific Standard Time hours. Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to interact effectively with various stakeholders and provide top-notch support.
Experience with other Atlassian products or similar tools would be a plus. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and methodologies can enhance your ability to contribute to the team. You may also have a background in project management or operations, which can provide additional context to your role in supporting business technology.
