Your technical skills include a deep understanding of messaging systems and stream processing pipelines. You are comfortable leveraging technologies such as Kafka and Flink, and you have experience with Kotlin. What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on Ridgeline’s Data Delivery Squad, you will design and implement highly scalable, reliable, and elastic data pipelines and messaging infrastructure. You will build and evolve the event-driven architecture that supports our analytics infrastructure and workflow automation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the systems you develop meet the needs of the organization and its users.

You will be responsible for shaping the architecture of our data streaming platform, ensuring that it is robust and capable of handling complex data flows. You will also work on enhancing developer tooling to support our analytics infrastructure, enabling your colleagues to work more efficiently and effectively.

In this hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our technology stack and contribute to the overall success of the team. You will participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and help establish best practices for software development within the organization.
