You have a strong background in business development, ideally with experience in the manufacturing sector. You are a driven hunter who enjoys identifying and pursuing new prospects, and you bring curiosity to your conversations, aiming to understand the key pain points businesses face. You are persistent and strategic in your approach, always looking for ways to create long-term success for your clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable using technology to target potential customers effectively.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Executive at Xometry, you will initiate and identify new accounts, working closely with North American manufacturing companies to understand their needs. Your role will involve setting strategies to generate new opportunities and drive business growth. You will leverage Xometry’s digital marketplace to connect manufacturers with the resources they need to succeed. You will also engage in conversations with potential clients to uncover their challenges and demonstrate how partnering with Xometry can benefit their businesses. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, tracking your progress against targets, and continuously refining your approach based on feedback and results.
