What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the modernization of Mozilla's IAM system, focusing on enhancing its scalability and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of both enterprise and product platforms. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a roadmap for the modernization project. You will also be involved in coding, testing, and deploying new features while ensuring that security best practices are followed. As a Staff Engineer, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall technical direction of the IAM team. You will participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to help improve the team's output. Mozilla offers a competitive salary range for this position, with compensation between $163,000 and $217,000 depending on your experience and location.
