Program Manager, Growth Initiatives

Support the execution of Low ASP Business initiatives through operational excellence and data-driven insights.


Key job responsibilities
Own program execution and operational cadence
• Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure
• Drive regular business reviews and stakeholder communications
• Support data-driven decision making across initiatives
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Create and maintain program documentation
• Support senior program managers in strategic initiatives- 2+ years of program or project management experience- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
