OPSWAT is hiring a Country Manager for India to lead sales strategy and execution in the cybersecurity sector. You'll drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships while managing a high-performance sales team. This role requires deep expertise in IT/OT cybersecurity sales.
You have a proven track record of success in IT/OT cybersecurity sales, particularly within the India region. Your experience includes navigating complex sales cycles with government, enterprise, and critical infrastructure clients, demonstrating your ability to build relationships and drive results. You possess strong leadership skills, having managed high-performance sales teams and developed effective sales strategies that align with broader organizational goals. You are adept at identifying and prioritizing high-potential markets and customer segments, ensuring that your sales approach is both strategic and impactful. Your deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape allows you to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt your strategies accordingly. You are results-driven, with a focus on achieving ambitious sales targets and fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
Experience in sectors such as energy, utilities, oil and gas, government, and financial services would be advantageous.
