Samsara is hiring a Core Enterprise Account Executive to help enterprise-sized customers digitize workflows and unlock data insights. This role involves managing complex sales processes and requires strong negotiation skills.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully managed large accounts and complex sales cycles. Your ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels is key to your success, as you understand the importance of collaboration in driving business outcomes. You are adept at identifying customer needs and aligning them with innovative solutions that can transform their operations. Your experience in negotiating multi-faceted pricing agreements demonstrates your strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex discussions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on your customers' success.
Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector or related industries would be a plus, as it would enhance your understanding of the solutions you will be selling. Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and the ability to articulate the value of technology in improving operational efficiency will set you apart. A background in consultative selling and a strong understanding of enterprise software solutions will also be beneficial.
As a Core Account Executive at Samsara, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory. You will engage with some of our largest and most strategic enterprise customers, helping them to consolidate outdated technologies and digitize their workflows. Your role will involve conducting proof of concepts (POCs) and managing trials to demonstrate the value of our solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial engagement through to implementation. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex negotiations will be crucial as you work to close deals ranging from $100k to $500k. You will also be expected to provide feedback to our product teams based on customer insights, helping to shape the future of our offerings.
