What you'll do

As the AI Evaluations Program Manager at SoFi, you will own the end-to-end process for evaluating AI chat outputs. This includes managing daily evaluation workflows and ensuring that AI-generated responses are accurate, compliant, and helpful to users. You will work closely with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Product, and Design teams to implement continuous improvement strategies based on evaluation insights. Your role will involve analyzing data and feedback to enhance the quality of AI interactions, ensuring they align with regulatory standards and user needs. You will also be responsible for developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of AI outputs and driving initiatives that enhance user satisfaction and trust in AI technologies.
