With significant experience advising on compliance matters, you have a demonstrable track record of navigating complex regulatory landscapes. You enjoy building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to find innovative solutions to regulatory challenges.

You have a deep understanding of European, UK, and international laws and regulations concerning payments and digital wallets. Your ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. You are proactive in identifying regulatory risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that Apple’s products and services remain compliant with applicable laws.

Your experience includes designing and implementing robust regulatory compliance projects, and you are comfortable working in a dynamic technology environment. What you'll do

In this role, you will advise the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce team on a wide range of regulatory issues related to digital wallets, payments, and financial services. You will leverage your expertise to design and implement compliance strategies that align with Apple’s business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and communicating Apple’s response to regulatory initiatives, coordinating closely with other teams to ensure alignment on regulatory strategy and engagement.

You will be part of a close-knit local team and a global team, collaborating with colleagues across the US, Europe, and Asia. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with regulatory developments and providing timely advice to the business on potential impacts. You will also engage with regulators and industry stakeholders to advocate for Apple’s interests and contribute to shaping the regulatory landscape.
