You have 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of leading recruitment efforts for diverse teams. You are passionate about fostering an inclusive candidate experience and have a strong understanding of market trends in talent acquisition.

You excel in mentoring and developing teams, guiding mid-level and senior Talent Acquisition Partners to achieve high performance and accountability. Your leadership style promotes continuous development and a culture of excellence within your team. You are adept at managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency in hiring practices.

You are comfortable leveraging technology, particularly AI, to redefine talent acquisition processes and improve recruitment quality. Your ability to serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders enables you to provide insights on best practices and talent planning. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms. You understand the nuances of both technical and non-technical hiring, allowing you to adapt your strategies to meet the needs of different business units.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to shape the overall talent strategy for Squarespace. You will lead your team in executing recruitment plans that align with the company's growth objectives, focusing on both Commercial and Technical roles. Your responsibilities will include guiding the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

You will mentor and coach your team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. By analyzing recruitment metrics and market trends, you will continuously refine strategies to attract top talent. Your role will involve collaborating closely with GTM leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide insights on talent acquisition best practices.

You will also be instrumental in enhancing the candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Squarespace's commitment to inclusivity and excellence. By leveraging technology, you will streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency, allowing your team to focus on building relationships with candidates.
