What you'll do

As a Property Caretaker, you will assist in the daily operations of a portfolio of vacation rental homes. Your responsibilities will include performing light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing door hinges, and unclogging toilets. You will conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure they meet the company's high standards. Additionally, you will support the team by responding to escalated guest and homeowner concerns through emails, calls, and tickets. Your role will require you to collaborate cross-functionally with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for guests and homeowners alike.

What we offer

Vacasa offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23 to $25, depending on your skills and experience. Eligible employees may receive a car allowance of up to $250 per month.
