Overview

Aleph is seeking a Programmatic Lead for the Spotify team in APAC to drive programmatic advertising initiatives. You'll leverage diverse programmatic offerings to enhance revenue and adoption. This role requires expertise in programmatic advertising and strong leadership skills.

You are an experienced programmatic advertising professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and adoption of programmatic solutions. Your expertise in digital advertising platforms, particularly in programmatic strategies, sets you apart as a leader in the field. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about shaping the future of digital advertising. You possess strong analytical skills and can leverage data to inform decision-making and strategy development. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that you can advocate for programmatic initiatives and drive their success. You are ambitious and forward-thinking, eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

Desirable

Experience with leading programmatic advertising initiatives across multiple markets is a plus. Familiarity with platforms such as Spotify Ads Manager, PMPs, and PG will enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in digital marketing or advertising sales will also be beneficial.

What you'll do

As the Programmatic Lead for Spotify in the APAC region, you will spearhead the launch and growth of Spotify Programmatic Ads. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive programmatic direct adoption and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will provide expertise and guidance on programmatic offerings, ensuring that they are effectively utilized to meet client needs. You will analyze market trends and performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize campaign outcomes. Your role will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to foster partnerships that enhance programmatic capabilities. You will also lead training sessions and workshops to educate the sales organization on programmatic best practices and innovations. Your leadership will be crucial in positioning Aleph as a leader in the programmatic advertising space within the APAC region.
