Tilt is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to oversee fundraising, investor relations, and company-wide performance. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's growth and culture in the consumer tech space.
You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations and investor relations. You have experience working closely with executive leadership, ideally in a fast-scaling tech environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain relationships with stakeholders is crucial. You thrive in dynamic settings and are comfortable managing multiple priorities. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO to enhance investor relations by managing monthly updates, board decks, and maintaining an investor data room. Your responsibilities will include streamlining communication across the CEO Office and ensuring narrative consistency in all investor interactions.
