Doctolib is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team in Berlin. You'll play a crucial role in achieving hiring goals and collaborating with Engineering & Product leaders to attract top tech talent. This position requires at least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
You have at least 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale-up environment — you understand the nuances of recruiting top tech talent and have a proven track record of successful placements. You are adept at building sourcing strategies and mastering the closing process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from start to finish. Your expertise in recruitment operational excellence allows you to leverage tools effectively to enhance metrics on quality of hire and time to hire. You are a strategic partner to tech leaders, using data to drive conversations and set expectations. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Engineering and Product teams to align on hiring needs and strategies. You are passionate about creating a positive candidate experience and advocate for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, which includes stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment, and closing. You will develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive tech talent, ensuring that Doctolib attracts the best candidates for its ambitious product roadmap. You will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through strategic networking and innovative sourcing channels. Your role will involve driving expectation-setting conversations with stakeholders, leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner. You will focus on recruitment operational excellence, enhancing your metrics on quality of hire and candidate experience. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to refine and improve recruitment processes, ensuring that Doctolib remains competitive in attracting top talent.
