OKX is seeking a Senior Agent for Customer Service who will handle inquiries and complaints from global customers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to identify service improvements.

You have experience in customer service and are fluent in Dutch, allowing you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers. You are proactive in identifying areas for service and procedural improvement, and you enjoy collaborating with your team to enhance customer experiences. You are comfortable escalating unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a friendly and diverse workplace culture.

What you'll do

As a Senior Agent in Customer Service at OKX, you will be responsible for handling inquiries and issues from global customers, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvements, working closely with your Assistant Manager and Supervisor. Your role will involve managing complaints related to the company's websites, products, and platforms, and you will escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate level. You will also be expected to take part in team-building activities and contribute to a positive work environment.
