Google is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for their gTech Advertising team in Ho Chi Minh City. You'll leverage your project management skills to build relationships with stakeholders and ensure successful execution of strategic plans. This role requires 8+ years of experience in technical project management or direct customer engagement.
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 8 years of experience in a technical project management role or direct customer engagement. Your ability to develop relationships with stakeholders both within and outside the organization is exceptional, and you understand the organizational structure at Google and the client side to build necessary relationships for executing strategic plans and projects.
You thrive in uncertain environments and have a proven track record of solving complex problems while adapting effectively within a large organization and distributed teams. Your project management skills are outstanding, enabling you to assist multiple cross-functional departments in achieving their goals. You possess excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information appropriately to both technical and business personnel, including senior management.
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is essential, as you will be serving customers in Vietnam. Your experience in customer support and technical project management will be invaluable in this role, where you will coordinate service delivery and collaborate closely with various teams within the gTech Advertising department.
Experience in the advertising technology sector or familiarity with Google Ads products will be a plus, as will any background in managing large-scale projects or campaigns.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and market approach of the gTech Advertising department. You will regularly engage with customers and sales teams to understand their progress and needs, ensuring that the services provided meet their expectations. Your role will involve coordinating service delivery packages and working closely with deployment teams, customer support, and communication solutions teams.
You will help clients maximize their use of Google Ads products and services, guiding them through troubleshooting and providing direct support as needed. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and that customer satisfaction is maintained.
You will also be tasked with developing strategies to enhance service delivery and improve customer engagement, leveraging your insights to drive better outcomes for clients. Your leadership will be key in fostering collaboration among teams and ensuring that all departments work together towards common goals.
