What you'll do

In this role, you will lead research initiatives that explore bitcoin adoption and user behavior across Block's ecosystem, including Cash App, Square, Bitkey, and Proto. You will design and implement quantitative studies that yield insights into market dynamics, helping to shape product development and marketing strategies. Your work will involve analyzing user data, conducting market assessments, and synthesizing findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with product and marketing teams, embedding yourself within these groups to ensure research insights are effectively integrated into their strategies. You will also stay abreast of trends in the bitcoin space, using your expertise to inform Block's approach to innovation and economic access.
