You have extensive experience in technical recruitment, ideally with a focus on engineering roles. You understand the nuances of hiring in a competitive market and can effectively engage with top talent across various channels. Your ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders is key, as you will act as a trusted advisor in shaping hiring strategies and priorities. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your decisions and improve recruitment processes. You are passionate about providing an excellent candidate experience from the initial contact through to their first day at the company. Experience in security or compliance-related fields is a plus, but not required.
