Overview

Roku is seeking a Senior Manager for AV Technical Support to lead a global team and oversee service delivery for in-room AV and live streaming. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing AV technology.

You have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in the AV technology space, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support. Your experience includes developing strategies that enhance the user experience in conference rooms and live events, ensuring that technology is seamlessly integrated into the workplace. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, facilities, and communications, to standardize platforms and elevate hybrid experiences. You understand the importance of running a portfolio like a business, with a keen eye on service delivery and operational excellence.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and implement strategies for the AV & Events Technology team, ensuring that all in-room AV and live streaming services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to standardize AV platforms and enhance the overall user experience for both in-person and remote participants.

You will also play a key role in evaluating new technologies and solutions that can improve service delivery and enhance the user experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in driving alignment and ensuring that the AV & Events team meets its objectives.
