Overview

AuditBoard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction and drive long-term relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them maximize the value from our products. This role is remote and based in Poland.

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You excel at building relationships and have a proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for clients to derive more value from the products and services offered. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You are comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively to meet client needs across different time zones.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at AuditBoard, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they are satisfied and successful in using our platform. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. You will work closely with clients to maximize the value they receive from our products and services, driving long-term relationships and customer loyalty. You will collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure a seamless experience. You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients, providing training and support to help them get started with our platform. Additionally, you will track client engagement and satisfaction metrics, using this data to inform your strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
