This App Foundry team tackles the difficult challenges managing platform and release engineering programs for the Amazon Music Mobile, TV, and Tablet applications.
The ideal candidate is interested in being part of a nimble team, passionate about innovating for customers, and has a track record of success in delivering new features and products. A commitment to team work, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements. The role requires leaders with technical depth to guide the development process, and project management skills to insure the proper solution is delivered to customers. The person has an attention to detail to deliver solutions that delight customers.

You will work closely with product and technical teams in the US and India. You you know how to deal with ambiguity, manage risk, have excellent communication skills, and a solid track record delivering results.

- Deliver Mobile, TV, and Tablet platform engineering programs
- Collaborate with 30+ engineering teams across Music and TV/Tablet platform teams
- Coordinate release activities to make our applications frequently available

- 3+ years of software development experience- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
