What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a global team of over 30 professionals across various functions including Operations Program Management, Product Quality Management, Material Management, and Product Lifecycle Management. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring that all Block hardware products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the complexities of new product introductions and sustaining existing products in the market. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to align product development with operational capabilities, ensuring that manufacturing processes are efficient and scalable. Additionally, you will work with supply chain partners to maintain continuity and address any challenges that arise in the production process. Your strategic vision will guide the team in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation, ultimately enhancing the overall product experience for customers.
