What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for all quality assurance-related internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will manage a team of quality assurance managers, guiding them in their efforts to maintain high productivity and technical integrity in inspection and testing activities. You will develop, implement, and oversee quality management systems that align with production goals and customer specifications. Your role will involve creating and documenting inspection criteria and procedures, as well as interpreting quality control philosophy to key personnel within the company. You will also maintain an active role on internal continuous improvement teams, contributing to the overall enhancement of quality processes.
