Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on building scalable systems that handle complex financial transactions. Your expertise in Java allows you to develop high-performance applications that meet the demands of a fast-paced FinTech environment. You are comfortable working with databases like PostgreSQL and have experience with data processing technologies such as BigQuery. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with product owners and finance teams to drive efficiencies and reduce risks in financial operations.

You possess a solid understanding of software architecture principles and are skilled in designing systems that are both robust and maintainable. Your experience with containerization tools like Docker enables you to streamline development and deployment processes. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are always looking for ways to optimize existing systems. What you'll do

You will take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring. This includes writing clean, maintainable code and conducting thorough testing to ensure the reliability of your systems. You will also participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and helping to maintain high coding standards across the team.

As part of the FinTech team, you will engage in discussions about system architecture and design, contributing your insights to shape the direction of projects. You will work closely with product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
