LaunchDarkly is hiring an FP&A Analyst to contribute to financial planning and reporting. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and become an expert user of Adaptive. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in finance or analytics.
You have at least 2 years of experience in finance or analytics, demonstrating strong analytical rigor and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. You are excited by turning raw data into insights that drive business strategy and enjoy cross-functional collaboration and learning from others. You are motivated to leverage AI tools or automation to increase productivity and insight, and you take ownership of outcomes when faced with complex problems.
Experience with financial modeling and reporting tools is a plus, as well as familiarity with AI and automation technologies. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity, ensuring that anomalies are flagged and investigated promptly.
As an FP&A Analyst on the Strategic Finance team, you will lead or support month-end close and monthly forecasting processes. You will manage forecasts and build or extend Adaptive models, becoming a power user of the platform. Your role will involve conducting ad hoc financial and business analysis to support strategic initiatives and business reviews, providing valuable insights to leadership. You will actively participate in process documentation and knowledge sharing, contributing to team learning and development.
