What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all processes are conducted safely and efficiently. You will oversee the daily activities of your team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their production goals. You will monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality. Engaging with your team will be a key part of your role, as you will provide coaching and feedback to foster their development. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that all operations align with company objectives and standards. Regularly reviewing inventory production goals will be essential, as you will need to meet or exceed these targets consistently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among your associates.
