You understand the importance of customer experience and are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance service delivery.
Experience in product marketing or a related field is highly desirable, as is familiarity with AI technologies and customer service solutions. You are comfortable making data-driven decisions and have a knack for storytelling that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. A background in user experience design or web development would be a plus, enabling you to bridge the gap between product and design effectively.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Web team, you will be responsible for bringing the story of Intercom's AI agent, Fin, to life through engaging web experiences. You will work closely with product marketing to define the narrative that showcases the value of our products and communicates our vision for the future of customer service. Your role will involve collaborating with designers and engineers to create seamless user experiences that highlight the capabilities of the Intercom Customer Service Suite.
