TripActions is seeking a Principal Sales Recruiter to lead the recruitment of top-tier sales talent for their Enterprise teams. This role requires a strategic mindset and a proven track record in recruiting elite sales professionals, particularly in high-growth environments.
You have over 3 years of experience successfully recruiting enterprise sales talent in a high-growth, fast-paced company — you understand the nuances of the sales landscape and know how to identify and attract elite sales professionals. Your approach is proactive and strategic, allowing you to hunt, engage, and close top performers who will drive sales success. You think and work like a sales pro, unearthing top talent and driving hiring success at the speed our business demands.
You are detail-oriented and organized, managing multiple priorities with finesse while consistently delivering a standout candidate experience. You collaborate effectively with hiring managers and interview teams, ensuring a seamless and engaging interview process that reflects our high standards. You track metrics diligently, learning quickly and pivoting as needed in our fast-evolving environment.
Experience in designing and executing creative sourcing strategies is a plus — you are comfortable using both classic methods and out-of-the-box approaches to build world-class talent pipelines. You have a knack for positioning opportunities in a way that wins over top performers, and you never take “no” for an answer.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for Enterprise sales roles, becoming an extension of the sales team and a trusted advisor on all things hiring. You will partner closely with Regional Directors, the VP of Enterprise NA, and our CRO to ensure alignment on hiring needs and strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
You will relentlessly pursue the best candidates, skillfully positioning our opportunities to win over top performers. Your ability to manage multiple priorities will be crucial as you stay organized and detail-obsessed. You will collaborate with interview teams to ensure a seamless, engaging, and highly selective interview process that reflects our high standards. Tracking metrics and learning quickly will be essential as you adapt to our fast-evolving environment.
At TripActions, recruiting is our #1 growth priority, and we are committed to building a world-class sales team. We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000—$248,000 USD, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets, and candidates may receive more information from the recruiter regarding specific roles and compensation structures.
