In this role, you will be part of the Azure Customer Experience Platform (CXP) team, where your primary focus will be on developing and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. You will analyze customer needs and collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to drive the vision for improving cloud quality and reliability. Your work will involve leveraging machine learning techniques to create measurable improvements in key areas of Azure customer experience. You will also engage in deep engineering discussions with customers to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
