Who you are

You are an entry-level technician with a strong commitment to safety regulations and policies. You understand the importance of preventative maintenance and are eager to learn from senior colleagues in the Reliability Maintenance Engineering team. You are proactive in communicating with affected teams during breakdowns and are dedicated to providing high levels of equipment availability.

You have a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks and are willing to support continuous improvement initiatives by learning from breakdowns and providing feedback. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to take on the challenges of maintaining equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

As an RME Technician, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment within the site. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. You will react quickly to any breakdowns, working efficiently to diagnose and fix issues while communicating clearly with affected teams.

You will support continuous improvement efforts by learning from breakdowns and sharing your insights with your line manager. Your role will also involve general building maintenance tasks, ensuring that the work environment remains safe and functional for all employees. You will work closely with senior maintenance technicians, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the field.
