What you'll do

As the Sponsor Bank Program Manager at Stripe, you will act as the central point of contact for both VISA and Mastercard, ensuring compliance with their requirements. You will manage relationships between Stripe's MALPB and these key partners, contributing to the overall success of the program. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic initiatives related to card network relations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. You will oversee compliance with card networks' programs, rules, and practices, ensuring that all operations align with regulatory expectations. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align operations with card network standards, playing a crucial role in the success of the MALPB. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and driving strategic initiatives that enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
