You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the enterprise sector. You excel at building and nurturing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Your ability to attract top talent and develop future sales leaders is a key strength. You are results-driven, with a history of exceeding sales goals and driving business growth. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are passionate about putting customers first. Experience in the data or IT security industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales ecosystems and lead generation strategies. You have a knack for developing business plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue.
