Overview

HockeyStack is seeking a Customer Enablement Manager to create and execute programs that help customers adopt their platform and maximize its value. This role requires strong skills in customer education and change management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. With experience in creating educational content and training programs, you understand how to engage customers effectively and drive adoption of technology solutions. You are comfortable working at the intersection of customer success and data analytics, ensuring that customers not only understand how to use the platform but also leverage it strategically in their go-to-market motions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a growing team.

Desirable

Experience in B2B environments is a plus, as is familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools. You may have worked with data analytics platforms before, giving you insights into how to best educate customers on leveraging data for their success. A background in change management will help you guide customers through the adoption process smoothly.

What you'll do

As the Customer Enablement Manager, you will own the creation and execution of enablement programs that help customers adopt HockeyStack effectively. You will develop engaging content and a world-class knowledge base to support customer education. Your role will involve conducting impactful training sessions for customers, ensuring they understand how to maximize the value of the platform. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to identify customer needs and tailor enablement initiatives accordingly. Additionally, you will analyze customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve the enablement programs. Your mission is to drive change management across customer organizations, helping them integrate HockeyStack into their workflows seamlessly.
