Overview

Uber is hiring an Account Manager to manage relationships with restaurant partners and drive business growth. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in a commercial function.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 3-5 years of professional experience in a commercial function, ideally in account management or a similar role. You possess strong relationship management skills and are adept at portfolio management, particularly in a post-sales context. You understand the importance of driving mutual business value and have a proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets. You are a strong communicator, capable of being the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and advocated for.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead post-deal partner management for a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners. You will own partner relationships, focusing on achieving tangible metrics outcomes and upselling new product features. Your responsibilities will include setting, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics for restaurant partners, as well as running monthly and quarterly business reviews. You will work cross-functionally with Uber's internal teams to conceive, design, and lead growth initiatives with restaurant partners, ensuring successful collaboration and completion of projects.
