Junior IT Support Technician

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for daily IT operations, providing support to Apifiers with their day-to-day IT issues. You will solve problems related to laptops, peripherals, and office technology, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly. You will proactively monitor the state of the office environment to prevent issues before they impact others. Additionally, you will manage the full hardware lifecycle, which includes purchasing, setup, configuration, maintenance, and renewals of equipment. You will prepare laptops and peripherals for new joiners, keeping the internal inventory up to date. Your role will also involve communicating with vendors, comparing quotes, and ensuring smooth logistics for new equipment. You will play a key role in onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing hardware and access for new Apifiers to ensure their first day is smooth.
