You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the eCommerce or logistics sectors. You understand the importance of building long-term relationships with clients and are passionate about helping them succeed. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. As a Merchant Success Manager at ShipMonk, you will be responsible for onboarding new merchants and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our technology and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
