You have experience in sales, ideally within the technology sector, and are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles. You understand the importance of feedback and input in refining sales strategies, and you are eager to contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You are adaptable and open to learning from some of the most successful sales leaders in the industry, ready to embrace the challenges that come with the role.
Experience in enterprise sales or a similar role is a plus, as is familiarity with the software industry. You are comfortable with sales enablement tools and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your ability to engage with technical end users and build strong relationships will be crucial in driving growth opportunities.
In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline — your focus will be on driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers. You will strategically prospect into key decision-makers, including CTOs and technical leaders, to understand their needs and position MongoDB's solutions effectively. Building strong relationships will be essential, as you will partner closely with Solution Architects and the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize deal sizes.
You will participate in comprehensive sales enablement training, including our Sales Bootcamp, to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for success. Your feedback will be valued as you contribute to refining our sales go-to-market strategy, helping us to innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing market. You will work collaboratively with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to leverage opportunities and drive growth.
