Pathward is seeking a Senior IT Software Engineer to analyze, design, and program software enhancements and new products. You'll work in a hybrid environment with a focus on financial inclusion. This role requires proficiency in current programming languages and technologies.
You have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in analyzing, designing, and modifying software applications. You are comfortable working with various programming languages and technologies, and you have a passion for creating solutions that promote financial inclusion. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy interacting with users to define system requirements and implement necessary modifications. Your problem-solving skills and innovative mindset make you a valuable asset to any team.
Experience with cloud-based or internet-related computer programs is a plus. Familiarity with financial products and services can enhance your contributions to the team. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies as needed to meet the demands of the role.
In this role, you will be responsible for writing code and completing programming tasks for software enhancements and new products. You will perform testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Documentation of procedures for installation and maintenance will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that users have the necessary resources to utilize the software effectively. You will collaborate with team members and interact with users to gather feedback and define system requirements, making modifications as necessary to improve user experience.
